1. Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the use of video and photography during activities and events at our football  academy. This policy aims to ensure the safety, privacy, and well-being of our participants.

2. Authorized Personnel: a. Only authorized academy staff and approved individuals, such as professional photographers or videographers, are permitted to capture visual content during academy activities and events. b. Authorized personnel should receive appropriate training on child protection, privacy, and the academy's video and photography policy.

3. Use of Visual Content: a. Visual content captured at the academy may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials. b. The academy will take appropriate measures to ensure the privacy and safety of the participants when using visual content. c. Visual content will not be sold or provided to any third parties without explicit consent from the participant's parent or legal guardian.

4. Parents or legal guardians have the right to refuse consent or withdraw consent at any time. They should inform the academy in writing if they do not want their child's image or video to be used.

5. Privacy and Safety: a. The academy will take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy and safety of participants during the capturing and use of visual content. b. Visual content will be stored securely and access will be limited to authorized personnel only. c. Visual content will be deleted or destroyed when it is no longer needed for its intended purpose or when requested by the parent or legal guardian.

6. Reporting Concerns: Any concerns or complaints regarding the use of video and photography should be reported to the academy's designated child protection officer. Prompt action will be taken to address and investigate the concerns in accordance with the academy's child protection policies and procedures.
