Student Athlete Programme International

In conjunction with Pro Player Pathways (Global) our Senior Pro Academy has a unique offering from the Universal Centre of Sport where players can combine playing professional football with Education. With this programme, you get to study a degree in a sports related subject whilst playing football.

Males ages 18 -32
Anyone from around the globe. (Visa Eligible)
Open to Amateur, Semi-Pro or Professional levels

Programme Guide

The Academy Players will play football whilst studying a degree in a sports related subject.
Possible registration to play in the first team and participate in the Gibraltar Football League.
Bi-weekly friendly matches against other teams, as well as participation in both national and international not federated tournaments.
3 to 5 weekly training sessions run by top UEFA Qualified professionals, along with the most innovative technology and resources.
Specific programs for goalkeepers.
Monthly and quarterly individual physical assessment, as well as performance monitoring and optimization.
Player will be registered on transkermarkt

UEFA Champions & Conference Leagues

The Gibraltar Football League qualifies four teams into European competition. Players from the Academy have the potential to be registered into the first team throughout the season and play to qualify for European Football.

Duration & Pricing

The programme runs for 10 months approx between August/Sep 2024 and May/June 2025.

The price for this programme for the season 2024/25 is £10,900.00 (£1090 pcm).

3 Months are to be paid in advance before arrival. (£3270)

The remaining £7630 will be paid in three installments throughout the programme. (£2543)

Training & Matches

Players will train between 3 and 5 times a week at multiple training locations both in Gibraltar and in Spain. They will benefit from bi-weekly friendly matches against different teams from the region.

Accomodation

Housing is included for the duration of the programme. Players will reside in high quality Hotel/apartments VISTA REAL located in Alcaidesa, Spain.

The accommodation is nearby to Gibraltar & Spain's training facilities.
